Patrick is a seasoned development finance specialist with over a decade of experience in the property finance industry. His impressive background includes working for both high street banks and challenger banks. Most recently, Patrick spent over 6 years at a leading challenger bank, where he served as a Relationship Director within their development finance origination team. Patrick enjoys working closely with his clients and 3rd party professionals, to provide a best-in-class service to all parties. Beyond his professional life, Patrick enjoys spending quality time with his family. He’s an avid runner, who is often training for his next marathon, and a devoted fan of Tottenham Hotspur, following the team at both home and away matches.
