Project Overview

The development consisted of nine executive homes, including detached houses and a bungalow, set within four acres of picturesque countryside in a sought-after area of Essex. The facility was secured against three of these newly built properties, which together had a combined GDV of approximately £3.55 million.

We arranged a developer exit facility with a loan amount of £1,9M+, secured against the three properties. This solution enabled the client to refinance existing borrowing and release equity for future site acquisitions.
